Old and New

I may as well continue the hospital blips. I went up this afternoon to have some blood taken. I used to work in the old section and was consulted when they built the new hospital. Of course they didn’t take any notice of the staff and built what they wanted and found out later you need to have people who know what is needed in the planning. Like doors wide enough for a hospital bed to pass through. Don’t put the MORTUARY sign right outside the main lifts. Don’t forget the pharmacy and pathology departments (who needs them in a hospital), vibration under where the helicopter lands. The old part is used for specialist clinics and administration and the After Hours service that I managed for awhile. 

Video consult this morning was very informative. I also did some washing, gardening, chemist trip for scripts, library and a few other mundane jobs.
