Skink

I was out the door first thing and off to get 10 flats of bottled water to put in the garage. I go through about 5 bottles a day myself and with it being hurricane season, like there to be a good stock on hand.

When I was sitting on the back porch today, when I wasn’t reading or giving MiniMe my undivided attention, I was watching the butterflies drinking from the dahlias or watching the skinks scurrying across the porch.

There were several small five lined skinks active on the porch today and this particular one found himself a spot to sun for a good while until MiniMe spotted him and then the chase was on!
