Very welcome sight
Early start. Apparently the rabbits thumped, fought, and complained all night. I was spared this by virtue of earplugs, and Katherine trying to persuade them to shut up, with liberal use of treats.
They dropped me at the station for a commuter train into London, while they schlepped through all the weather to York.
Work was as ever - some actual work and a lot of saying hi to nice folk who are normally just a face on a screen. A few drinks after work with a new team member, and then a blast from the past when Kings Cross underground was closed, prompting a jog from Euston to catch my train north. Back in the day such closures were a regular occurrence, but we seem to have got out of the habit of allowing extra time now.
So, briefly reunited with rabbits et al in York, but I’m off further north tomorrow to see my sister and parents.
