MrsCyclops bought a kitchen gadget for making dumplings / empanadas and we had a go at making something based around wraps and fillings. We did cheese & ham (both hot and cold versions) and we did a hot fajita-inspired filling with chicken & red pepper & red onion. We made about ten of different flavors and the last one came out perfect as pictured so maybe now we have the knack. They all tasted good though.

Tonight MrsCyclops and CyclopsJnr committed to the eBay selling enterprise and listed four of the Bakugan as a first batch. Fingers crossed!
