Always a milestone day in this neighbourhood, we can take our dogs to the beach at the end of the road again instead of having to do a five minute diversion. And a beautiful morning.

Returned revitalised for my work day ahead. And booked a lovely February sun holiday to get through my to be read pile by my bed (it's only going to get bigger before then!)

And a swim in the pool after work after a week's gap. After swimming practically daily for the past three months, I need to adopt the cooler weather, tides, reduced swimming friend available into my planning and start going to the pool more regularly. Essentially transition into winter swimming mode.
