Rhuddlan Castle
TUESDAY
After the relentless rain of the past 36 hours, it was good to wake up to a relatively dry day and I headed down to Rhuddlan for a hair appointment with Catherine, who has just returned to work after recovering from a broken foot. We had plenty to catch up on whilst I was in the chair.
This afternoon, I spent some time in the garden, potting up the violas and cyclamen we bought over the weekend. There's never seem to get enough to fill all the plant pots, so another trip to the garden centre will be needed later this week.
I took this photo on the bridge on my way the barber's. A swollen River Clwyd as it passes by the 13th Century Rhuddlan Castle.
