Rain and Wind

… a dreadful day - extra.  We knew the coffee shops in town would be packed as the weather was so bad so we went out to Three Parks and had coffee there.  Ran into B & M (croquet club) so had a good chat with them. By mid afternoon there wasn’t any let up in the rain so I went for a walk anyway.  The wind started to get up and this Kowhai tree had blossom flying off it.  The wind increased as did the rain so I headed for home but got cold and soaked anyway!
