Never mind the quality

Feel the glass.

Orval is actually an excellent beer produced by those Jolly folk the Trappist monks in Belgium. TSM bought me the glass after I spotted it in a pub last weekend. 

I got a haircut and some new pills today. I’ll be able to open a chemist’s shop soon. Old man’s meds. Nothing unusual for a fellow of my age,

Bloody miserable weather. More rain. Hid in the shack most of the afternoon. I say hid, I was actually really busy. The news from Israel with Iran launching missile attacks was very worrying.

Overdid it a bit with lots of cooking and kitchen cleaning later. Fatigue and the black dog got me. To make it worse The Guardian reported that avocado bathrooms are coming back into fashion.  But TSM made the most amazing cake with date syrup, honey and maple syrup. So not all bad.
