Ghoul Scout Cookies

La Plata has an annual Scarecrow Festival. Businesses and groups are invited to create displays. This year my daughter's Daisy Troop 12163 created this display. The girls were so clever with their ideas! The festival is a competition. They chose "scary" for their category. I hope they win.
