It's a wrap

Today has been both hectic and slightly tipsy.

Had friends round and I decided to ignore the weather reports and light the barbecue for the first time this year. Glad I did as, rather than the predicted lashings of rain, we ended up with blistering sunshine and some delicious spatchcocked chicken.

It's the missus' birthday tomorrow (oh, today now). So, after the guests left, I frantically wrapped presents while she soaked in the bath.
