Salticus scenicus

Gym first thing, not the best start, emerged from changing room to screams, ended up helping give cpr to a not much older than me chap. Fortunately v fast response from Ambulance crew and literally seconds away from hospital. 

Session was good, and lovely to meet one of our soon to be Wellness Walks Volunteers. Hopefully put W's nerves to rest, he'll be a fabulous addition to the team.
Lovely long catchup with someone special mid afternoon, and then a productive meeting with the book editor team.

Also an organic (? not sure of term, but not generated by us) request to meet with a potential funder. Interesting.
