The goats have moved in (it seems)
The other afternoon, I was looking out our living room window and noticed some animals in the small field between a house facing us and an old dumped Citroen lorry (on the right in the photo).
The fields around here are arable, aside from a few cows and sheep in a local conservation area, we have mainly wheat, sweetcorn and sugar beet round here.
This small field is bounded by the village bypass, with high tension electric power lines above it and a pilon nearby.
No animals to be seen today, but their shed can be clearly seen, using the telephoto on my recently acquired compact Lumix. I'm impressed with the zoom on it and took this shot using the viewfinder (which is very small).
