I'm All Stuck Up!

Last week The Man had one of his cataract done. The nurse told him that, for a couple of weeks, he must take things easy, no bending over, no lifting heavy things, no straining, no hoovering, don't get water in your eyes.

Today the nurse told me that, for a couple of days,I must take things easy, no bending over, no lifting heavy things, no stretching, no hoovering no getting water on my back, no trying to get in and out of my clothes without help.

What a pair we are!

Today I was having a follow-up appointment with Dermatology to have a test for 50 of the most common allergens. I have suddenly developed patches of red, itchy skin, not massive to look at but so irritating they keep me awake at night. I thought it best to see a doctor as parts that began in February haven't improved.

I'm wondering if one of my meds is causing this.

We made use of this trip to the city by going and ordering a little bit of new bedroom furniture for the lodge.
