Readiness

We got the call today. Visitors for the next two days and lots of prep on into this evening to be ready and show them all that we do well. We’ve been waiting on it but it’s always a heart sinking moment when the email lands. The alarm’s set for early, frock is out ready, folder sorted and hopefully the visitors will be fair in their judgements.
