Spelt sourdough.

I haven’t made sourdough bread with spelt flour in months. I’m happy with how it turned out.

I met up with my friends Joyce and Sarah in Bath today. We had a lovely day out…. Much coffee and tea were drunk….. changed days, it would have been wine 30 years ago!
