Misty mornings!

Today’s morning run was grim!

I made it more so by forgetting my headphones and cap!

The first of many rainy and wet runs this winter I’m sure!

I had a lovely sports massage today (close to torture) but it’s got all the kinks out!

Theo’s football training was cancelled so we have spent the night chilling out at home! It’s definitely candles and blanket season!
