Harley-Davidson motorcycles make an unmistakable sound.  And it's LOUD.  Most American drivers have had Harleys pass them on the highway and had to roll up the windows until they passed.  I'm sure even European drivers have had the experience.

If you think highway Harleys are loud....try to stand 10 feet away from race prep Baggers on the race track.  They redefine LOUD.  Dunno for sure, but I strongly suspect there are no mufflers at all...they are likely running straight pipes to reduce back pressure and increase speed.

SOUND is the theme of the day and these bad boys surely contribute their share.
