The Fiery Furnace

This afternoon was a repeat of yesterday in reverse. I drove back to Shropshire taking a detour, this time it was to Middleton Cheney in Northamptonshire. The medieval Church of All Saints is filled with windows by William Morris and Edward Burne-Jones. My blip is a detail from the famous west window installed in 1870. Unlike any other window I've seen, it depicts three figures (Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego) emerging from the flames of the Fiery Furnace.
