getting quite desperate because this was the 4th night i didn’t sleep at all…….i also am concerned about a sore spot on my lip, it doesn’t heal….i hope it isn’t the cancer i had before….that pain keeps me awake too….

at the moment i can’t go to have it checked yet….grrr

something nice is that the jasmin candles, with wooden or bamboo wicks ,from Slate House in Wales arrived….i ordered them in the spring, for Elv and me, but they were sold out…..it’s burning now and the fragrance is wonderful…..

it was lovely to catch up with my friend G who came  this afternoon……..
