Fishy

There is something fishy going on in my neighbours fish tank. We were drinking our wine and chatting when it became apparent that there were lots of fish missing! Has the suspicious fish, with the jailhouse stripes, eaten them?
Turns out the neons have been moved to a quarantine tank :-/
