Mardi Gras

Mardi Gras comes to Edinburgh.

Can't remember when I was last in the Grassmarket for the start of the Jazz Festival. Hunners of years ago. Splendid weather. lots of good humoured people and great music. I even spotted a couple of chaps having a pish up a vennel - so it really did have that New Orleans feel....
