Surf's Up

Today, when I was sitting in Starbucks having a a nice cold drink and something to eat I heard Cameron cry out "PICTURE OF THE DAY!". I then turned to where he was pointing to and saw a man in the line up with one of the most unique shirts that I've ever seen. I quickly pulled out my camera and took a few shots of the man. My question is where can I get myself one of these?
