Slow Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Today I mostly slow roasted cherry tomatoes with truffle oil and garlic
and made some basil pesto to go along with them.
It's not really a recipe but hears what I did:
Half cherry tomatoes and place on a lined baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil liberally. Roast for about three hours in an oven preheated to about 100°C
