And another leaves the nest!
After four kids at home for what seems forever, one more ( not mine) flies the nest.
Down to one child at home which is the first time since 2003, rather large impact on the food bills and washing.
Big step as H and J move into together in the toon toon. Cumberland Street, in a very nice wee rented pad, felt rather jealous and nostalgic for my own wee first flat back in 1993 in Morningside. ( why did I sell it, stoopid!)
The world is at their feet, new jobs, new flat, adulthood proper awaits. Their first taste was spending their Sunday in IKEA, Dunelm and Sainsbees. Hahah

Meanwhile, my empty nest gets tidier by the second. Painted my dresser and decided to repaint the house.
I think I’m nearing in reverse as a reaction.
