Crumble Season

Finally got round to making a crumble with the apples that I picked up on my walk a week or so ago. With the weather feeling decidedly autumnal thought it was time to enjoy a stodgy pudding with lashings of custard.

A busy, tiring day of cooking and laundry duties. And another day of miserable weather, windy and yet another yellow weather for heavy rain which arrived this afternoon and will continue right through to tomorrow morning, chilly as well. Must try and stay awake this evening, yesterday I nodded off in the middle of Strictly!
