Looking a bit tentative.

E and I went to see The Outrun, based on the autobiography by Amy Liptrot, played compellingly by Saoirse Ronan. The film altered the timings of the book, although possibly some of it was intended to be flashbacks. In the book she became sober near the beginning and stayed that way although it didn't get much easier with time which I thought was one of the most interesting aspects, whereas in the film she was portrayed as relapsing until fairly near the end. Maybe that was a better storyline for a film. 

Before that we met up for tea and sweet things and I managed to confuse Edinburgh's three central shopping centres not once but twice, so it was third time lucky. Hey ho!
