Swansea

Taking the day to explore a city we've never visited before.  In many ways it's much like any other city with generic shops though the new harbour / marina area has been nicely redeveloped including a museum which was our first stop.

However, there were some impressive instances of 'Really, you built that there?' including the buildings around the 12th Century castle (blip) and amid the 19th Century buildings by the harbour - one of which was the hotel we were staying in (the red brick one in the extra).

Afterwards we headed back to the sea and walked along to a nice open park, they wandered back into the city to our first ever visit to a Board Games Cafe - The Common Meeple - where they had nice pizza, adequate beer, and games (Dice Hospital and Photosynthesis) which E beat me at.
