Office migration

We have a tree right next to our building and when my office was upstairs it wrapped around so I could see it through all of my windows. A couple of times a year during migration I would see a warbler or two but today when I walked past the tree there were little birds flitting all over the place. I went out to see a hawk and came back with this - fair enough I guess.
