"Bad spelling or a warning ?"

I had a wander to try to take photos around the area I grew up, how different the place looked that I remembered so well in childhood. This photo made me wonder if something sinister has gone on in the derelict buildings or if someone just posted a polite message to keep the area tidy. Sad to see a once busy mill so neglected and run down.

The town where I live now boasts very little industry, it is mainly, banks, estate agents, poundshops and charity shops. Very little employment for young people, now that is a sad state.

This mill was built in 1791 by James Starkie and in 1875 became Isaac Jacksons. My mum worked there making metal fasteners.
