Neighborhood Gardens

So many interesting garden types in this neighborhood…I liked this exuberant one next to the sculpted.  (Isn’t that amazing?)   It’s a good sidewalk for my new wheels…I sat down a few times. (Thank you good people for your support!)  I remember moving here from the midwest and marveling at how green and lush it was.

Peter and Fiona came over to get my stash of puzzles (extra)… they are going to go to the puzzle swap tomorrow because I have a conflict with the timing.   Plus Peter could test the new coffee machine.   And Fiona could tell me about the play she’s rehearsing.   We had NO idea her high school had such a renowned, diverse, and supported theater program!  It’s perfect for her.

And…worth recording….I made vegie soup!   We have had lovely but much too fancy for me with no taste from a neighbor and friend, but I just want my plain old simple vegie soup.
