Sarah's daughter Emily started a charity called Brave The Bullies after her best friend committed suicide when he was 13 after being bullied. Em is now 17 and has made such a difference in awareness already.

Today Em jumped out of a plane to raise money for her charity. She's a smart cookie and brave or stupid and we're incredibly proud of her. Beautiful day for it and we've laughed all afternoon. Jaime brought Sugarsnap (Sarah's elder daughter and her baby bump) along and I met Sarah's Dad for the first time, he's a photographer too so it was nice to have some camera company. We've just had a really nice day out.
