Not on the Patio

Dinner with my lovely, near neighbour, Carol. But far too chilly to eat outside. Especially, as you can see, her patio heater has seen better days. This morning I went to the osteopath to see if he could tell me what i have done to my shoulder which is very painful. Tendonitis in the rotor cuff is what he tells me. And then "have you been doing heavy gardening or moving heavy boxes around"? Well of course i have. I am on my own and either  I get on with these things (with Handyman Dave's help on occasion) or they simply don't happen. Well now it seems that I am paying the price and I need to stop doing these things. Which is very frustrating.
