Cabbage White Butterfly

Hubby texted a bit before 4:00 am to say he’d landed in Vienna. A few hours later, he was safely on the ground in Greece. I finished my ironing, hemmed two pair of dress slacks before heading out to look for a blip. Was delighted to see this graceful butterfly visiting my tall asters. Renee called and asked if I could sit with the cable guy for about an hour. They had friends waiting at their boat for an evening on the river. When I leave here, I hope to pick up a roast dinner at our local rescue squad. We like to support their fundraisers. I will have it for lunch tomorrow. My plan is to attend 5:00 pm Mass and then join Brooklyn who has invited me to dinner. She will be home alone so it will be a quiet evening with her and Shadow. Wishing you a quiet evening also.
