Harbour at twilight
A visit to the refuse tip prompted the drive to the edge of the harbour. Portsmouth harbour is an interesting place with its almost claw like shape. It has some very deep inlets where larger ships (naval boats and ferries) moor plus lots of others less significant inlets.
I am standing at the edge of one of the inlets alongside Port Solent, Portsmouth’s marina, looking across the harbour to Portchester Castle.
