Mudfest

I had 8 hours and 45 minutes of sleep!!!

I couldn’t decide which ParkRun to do. There’s too much to think about, and I don’t feel I can rock up to where I fancy on my own. In the end, I dug out my off road shoes and ventured to Uckfield. The mud was well over ankle deep and I had splashes in my mouth and hair. It was actually quite enjoyable, I decided, and I received a friendly welcome from people from my past life. That was possibly the best thing.

My washing from last Saturday is still on the line - almost dry. Eight days is a personal record I think.
