Lizzie

Some years ago, my lovely friend and fellow Blipper Lizzie moved down to Yorkshire and I miss her. I was excited to hear that she was coming up this weekend with Frank and Bella to the Moniaive Bluegrass Festival and we arranged to meet up in a cafe.

Jess and I travelled to Moniaive on the bus - we were the only passengers and had a nice chat with the friendly driver. (As you know, I love this bus - yesterday I exchanged a fruit scone for a newspaper from a fellow passenger and learned that she plays the ukelele..)

Jess was very pleased to see Lizzie again (as was I) and we had a good blether. All too soon, it was time to get the bus back home.
