Do You Love Chocolate?

A new recipe I just tried out. It's a heathier version of a classical Chocolate Mousse. That means. no raw eggs, no sugar and no cream.

I made half quantities which gives the right amount for three mocca cups and just right for three people.

The basic ingredients are simple: Coconut cream, almond purée, very dark and sugarless cocoa, honey (I used two teaspoons for these three cupfuls).

The Greek yoghurt was used as an optional topping and so was the grated 87% cocoa solids chocolate ( I used one square for three servings).

What can I say? It was totally delicious. I made it early morning to refrigerate for a minimum of four hours. Overnight would be good too. I tasted it after lunch with a mocca-sized cup of coffee, served in the same cup as the desserts. I will take the other two desserts with me to Jean's tomorrow when I cross the lake!

I love finding healthier options for an occasional dessert.
