Bowness-On-Windermere

We had a bad night with L who woke up at 4am with a sore tummy and needed to visit the little lady's room every 15 mins!

She managed to drop off again just after six on the bottom bunk after trying the top bunk and our bed. She slept till just after 9am then we all got up and caught breakfast.

After this we headed down to Bowness-On-Windermere with the plan to visit the Beatrix Potter Visitors Centre.

When we arrived the place was very busy and after getting parked we went exploring round the town and bought a wee football to play in the park.

After lunch at Costa Coffee we continued to explore before returning to Penrith and getting some dinner.

L helped me wrap MrsT's birthday presents in her own inhibitable style before retiring for bed.

A pint of Lancaster Bomber and a glass of Skye's finest water of life before returning to keep MrsT company.
