The Welcome Weeks at the Campbell Rhododendron Gardens have started! Our first shift at the info/admission booth today, and it was such fun. Pretty cold at 11°, but lovely, interesting visitors and the birds, plus the rhodos etc just coming into flower made it a treat. Scones+jam+cream as well...the joys of volunteering. The Waratah here hasn't been played with - it was really as vivid as it looks.
