Little did they know

Our last day dog sitting and another evening walk up Blackford Hill with Molly the lovely Lab before her owners returned from Norway.

She'd been very good the past few nights, off the lead so I'd let her roam free. This couple caught my eye having a Chinese take away enjoying the evening light, the warmth and the view over the west of Edinburgh. It looked a lovely scene so I sneaked a shot.

Moments later Molly lumbered up wagging her tail and getting patted. Despite my efforts to call her to heel she was enjoying the company. And the smells. As I ran up to control her she espied a duck spring roll that had been left. One wolf and it was gone!

They were very nice about it saying that they were full and had finished. But I did feel embarrassed.

Molly didn't!
