The Intrepid Explorer

Today, was my first and finally allowed attempt at "proper" exercise since my surgery in May and it felt so good to be able to finally begin getting fit again!
Me and my hubby went for a cycle along the Taff Trail in Cardiff and I felt pretty ok really, just tired towards the end! Maybe a different matter in the morning!! Thankfully it was cloudy and not as hot as it has been of late!
Lots of people out and about cycling and walking on the trail and quite a few senseless people jumping in and swimming in the River Taff! One quick way of getting some disease or another in my opinion!!
In other news, we have been introducing our gorgeous kitten Tinkerbell to the outdoors, i.e. the garden, over the last few days and boy, does she love it!!! She can't wait to get out there and explore. It seems she certainly doesn't want to be an indoor cat. Trouble is, we can't let her out without supervision and without blocking all the ways into neighbours gardens for another 2 months yet. She has to be 6 months old before she can have "the op"!!! Definitely do not want her to get pregnant, thats for sure!
We're going to have to put up with lots of meowing to go out for another 2 months yet!
