Worcester bus station at 5.30pm, where is everyone?
Not had the best day...
I’m having difficulty seeing my computer screen because of the light from the window behind it. After discovering a screen hood would cost £85 + I decided to make my own with some foam board, the internet said they stocked it at The Works so we set off to buy some from the Worcester store - they didn’t stock it..grrr.
We called into M&S for a quick lunch but they had run out of jacket potatoes so I just ordered coffees as J can’t manage most foods. When I came to pay I couldn’t find my purse, J paid & I retraced my steps across town to the car park but my purse wasn’t in the car. Slight panic was rising but we decided maybe I had left it at home. We bought over priced black foam board from Hobby Craft & came straight home - no purse!
Phoned the card companies & cancelled the cards but I had this nagging feeling that I’d had the purse in M&S so I phoned them & they had found it, I’d put it down beside my tray when I was queuing & was distracted by J finding a table & had moved on without it. So back to Worcester I went to fetch it -
so glad to have it back with all the contents intact including my driving licence, etc. & very grateful to the person who found it & handed it in.
