Up with the larks for a cycle out and around east lothian, pretty hilly route, exactly what my legs needed. Then out with Arlo on his balance bike which ended as it always does with Daddy carrying a rucksack, a bike and a child. The cycling triumvirate was completed with a family cycle to the shops for ice lollies. Inbetween all this we went to the park and went swimming. Exhausted.

Spotted an interesting gig coming to Edinburgh later this year, the songs of Joy Division reimagined by a 45 piece orchestra and various other electronic folks. Details.
