Teasel in the Gold

A long day with the young and the old. I watched grandson Beckett (2 years old) for a few hours, then Lisa and I took my 96 year old dad to his skin doctor's appointment. The doctor and nurse praised him for the way he self-treated his last skin removal, and they burned off a couple more places today. Nurse Lisa went in with him, while Grandpa Tim took a cat nap in the car. Tired.

Isn't there a certain beauty in several of our weeds? I don't like to touch the teasel, but I do like to look at it.
