Back to the Bliposphere again :)

Back to Blip. I have missed it so much. I have literally barely slept at all in almost a fortnight.

I have had a viral infection and thought I was over the worst when it resurfaced…I don’t get enough rest. Of course, it has flared my fibromyalgia and asthma up. Grateful it’s not Covid.

On top of that, I have been diagnosed with inflammation of the throat, I was back to see another doctor on Tuesday. I had two asthma attacks that day.

I have had so much to do and so have tried to get as much done from bed as possible. I haven’t had one full day in bed to recover due to life. 

I have tried to get as much fresh air as possible and do everything myself. I’m fiercely independent but must admit I’m feeling utterly drained and overwhelmed at present. Too much stress.

Today’s Blip is of a newly refurbished building in the town centre in Dumfries. It’s been named The Standard as that’s where one of the local newspapers used to be housed many, many moons ago. 

I think it’s a fantastic step forwards in the attempt to regenerate the High Street.
