Filter Coffee

Abstract on the theme of 'Filter' for Ingeborg's Abstract Thursday Challenge AT483

The obvious options were to use
1) A bought filter attached to the lens
2) A makeshift filter in front of the lens eg. bottle, glass ornament etc.
3) A digital filter applied during processing

But no, I climbed out of the box and thought 'Filter Coffee'.

So here I have a mug of the hot coffee into which I had just stirred a sweetener.  I then added cold milk from the fridge and made over 30 captures from above while they slowly mixed.  This is just one of them.  I chose it because of the pareidolia effect which once seen cannot be unseen.  A perfect abstract even though it is rather limited in colour.

The final action was to drink the evidence.
