The road to hell?

       Is, we are told, paved with good intentions; this is one of them.
Almost every year my Elephant Garlic has thrown out tiny wee bulbils on short stalks/stems connecting them to "Base".
       Also, every year, I've intended to plant some of them - AND - equally, every year, I haven't.  Maybe this time?
       The odd shape seems to be due to the fact they seem to develop hard up against the major Cloves.
       I have the site in mind too - not had Garlic in for two years now, so ought to be easy to spot?
