Had my first yoga-related accident this morning, had to have ice on my forehead and my glasses fixed by B. 

Featured photo is a filtered bowl of Termite Mushrooms from my aunt's backyard. Cooked it and distributed the dish in 1/3 portions: one part went to my aunt who harvested them, one part went to my uncle who brought them to our home and one part went to us.
