Spring Gold

These vivid yellow freesias are growing in a big tub in my garden. They are beautifully fragrant. This is unusual for the brightly coloured hybrids.
My friend Lynette visited today. We had a lot of fun, working in the garden, eating lunch, telling stories. Maisie adores her.
A strong westerly wind blew up around lunchtime. The very strong gusts were making my big trees dance wildly.
