Tuesday

Work for the day and then a nice swim in Salford Quays, watched over by this man in his boat. It was a lovely swim, about 15degrees but I hadn't brought enough warm clothes for after and spent the evening a bit chilly. I was in my hotel bed with all the warm clothes I could muster ready for the Bake off.
